Friend code and getting more influence

Hello, just purchased the basic, $35, package and really want to get my friends involved in helping to fund and play this game, when it's ready :) Where can i find the friend code links to get my friend into this game and to get myself more influence?

Waiting patiently.

There is no link, you just ask them to enter that code as their referer when they sign up.

I did this the other day and didn't get any influence. Does it work if you haven't bought the game yet? Or does it just take a while?

As far as I am aware it still isn't being pushed out to us yet. It's all being recorded on their back end, but you won't see any updates from Friend Codes or other Influence boosts quite yet.

Also your friend has to buy the game or make a contribution to the community before you get points I think

Yes any contributions to the community like forums, wiki, even things like art etc but I don't know how or when the points for these will be distributed

You get 50IP for recruiting a contributing friend but is there somekind of list how much you can get from other stuff like fan art, wiki and asking good questions? I couldn't find any information on that.

No. Nobody really knows how the extra Influence for things like fan art or wiki stuff will work. It's all down to the developers.
