If your issue hasn't been resolved yet, you should e-mail SBS regarding your account at [email protected].

Try providing as much information as possible so they will be able to assist you in a faster and efficient way.

On side note; I do know they mentioned those options to the CoE Account/Forums systems will have those features; like changing e-mail account as well more available options to adjust. However, at the current time it requires them to manually change it within database.
