There have been a lot of posts in Houses and Families, and I am wondering if Bloodline lets you create your own House or is that restricted to aristocrats and up? I know the tier lets you create a surname, but are you still a part of another dynasty with your own name or do you get to start your own? With access to exposition I'd think you get to start your own, but I'm not sure and any help or clarification would be nice. I don't want to start a Family/House post if it doesn't apply to me.
