My understanding is that any currency exchange rate discrepancies are handled by the shopping cart company, Xsolla, rather than Soulbound. Maybe things haven't been updated exchange-rate-wise at Xsolla due to the holiday weekend? Or, perhaps they are charging a small fee to handle the exchange rate?
