You should already have it. You can see it if you go to the store, add EP or some other merchandise item to your cart and go to checkout. There you should be able to see and use your available credits. Note that you can't use merchandise credit to upgrade your pledge, it's only meant for the current merchandise items and some other items that will be available in the future.
