As time progresses in game will we have the ability to do any archeology? How epic would you feel to find the sword that killed the first king, 200 years later

I love this idea, I believe items stay in the world after they are dropped, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was possible to find it years later. What would be great would be for said sword to be identified as what killed the first king, not just a sword we found laying around.

Just saying that if this was a thing, I would completely scrap all my plans and make an Indiana Jones character

Technically you could already as the world will have explorable ruins of older worlds.
