Store Credit Not Applied To Next Order

Hiya,

I have had a $5 credit associated with my account for some time. I just placed an order for more EP and thought the credit would be applied but it was not. What did I do wrong? If the credit was supposed to be subtracted and wasn't, that's fine - I'd accept a manual deletion of the credit in exchange for an appropriate amount of EP. Thanks for looking into this!

During the checkout process, you must put in the amount of credit you want to use and press Apply before getting to the screen where you enter your payment information. We do not assume to use your credit automatically.

Sounds like the appropriate way to use any / all credit.

it used my credit automatically, granted this was about a month or two ago so unless anything has changed since then.

It has. As of December, 27th, you must specify how much credit you want to use, and hit the apply button. You'll see the total reduce by the appropriate amount with a line item showing you the credit is being applied.

While we are at it: Is it correct that i can't apply Store Creds to the payment of a layaway? I guess it is, just wanted to be sure ^^
