I don't know if this thread has been done before but i think it is a neat idea, i am lead to believe the average age of MMO players is around 26 years old. so seeing as how we are no longer highschoolers gaming after class, what occupations have you found yourselves in? will this occupation effect the role you choose in elyira or will you instead seek to adventure and forget about the real world for months on end?

I'll start, i'm currently a night auditor for a hotel in Banff, Alberta, Canada. i sleep during the day, spending most of my nights online on these here forums when i am not printing reports doing basic accounting or dealing with drunk patrons. anyone else in the hospitality industry? anyone forming a hotel in game?

Looking forward to hearing some of these reply's.

I'm a bush pilot so my IRL occupation is pretty useless to Elyria unless the physics engine is extremely accurate and gliders / powered gliders become a thing. =P

that sounds pretty cool, i was thinking of being a pilot at one point.

used to GM one the largest BMW dealerships on the USA West Coast before starting up my own small construction company

I started it just a couple of years before the recession where construction was one of the hardest hit industries - it was painful!

now i just enjoy life and am having fun slowly building my duchy community to have fun in CoE with

Currently a student studying counter-terrorism and aiming for intelligence (eventually I may even get some myself :P ).

Day job is driving WWII amphibious Army DUKWs around a rainforest. Also a retained firefighter....Doesn't leave me much time to game >.<
