I went to make a payment on my layaway plan yesterday and was unable to access my alt account. So I used the forgot password link several times to try to rectify the problem, but I haven't yet received an email back.
If someone could contact me for the particulars, it would be greatly appreciated. With all the recent pledge activity I just want to secure my purchase.
