As the error is about merchandise credit you might want to include details about how much merchandise credit you have and how much you tried to apply. Were you trying to apply merchandise credit (from a previous pledge) or store credit (from recruitment)?

I have no merchandise credit left. And i dont apply any merchandise credit, besides that i can't see any option for merchandise credits.

I was astronomer went yesterday to Governor and now i want upgrade to Courtier. The astronomer merchandise credits was spend on ep some weeks ago.

Having a similar issue on my end. I contacted xsolla and emailed sbs support about this. Xsolla has confirmed the issue is not on their end and ive yet to hear back from sbs. If I get assistance from the email before this thread gets assistance, ill be sure to notify you.

Upgrades from Kickstarter packages may be faulty until the store is updated to better manage them.

Yve told me yesterday @Discord that Caspian maybe have to fix my account.

I had a similar issue with an upgrade so I did the 'layaway' feature and paid 90% and it went through then did the payoff in a second transaction.

I have the same problem with the layaway feature. ;)
