I think this thread needs a different name, as it is its used as some kind of duplicate of guild recruitment, guild recruitment is already spammy enough with only one category.
I expect the purpose of this category exists is so people can discuss the mechanics of a guild rather than just promotion of their own guild.
Maybe if it was named Schools, or skills or trades or professions.
