A positive mention of Zylphania--run by a paid backer I happen to know quite closely--kinda blows that theory out of the water.

We would like announce that with our county we will be hosting elections for the 'count' position. We will hash out the details so that the transition will be as smooth possible. We at the Elyrian Gazette believe in the democratic process and back anyone who believes in the same.

Please go NA-W and spawn this county next to mine, I wanna stand for election.

As for liberty, while I don't have any elected positions, a portion of the government will be drawn from the citizenry and county decisions will be made by vote.
