3000 EP discount issue

I'm having an issue with the May discount purchase of $200 for 3000 EP. Specifically, I purchased two of these packages (on 5/11 and 5/12) and only got 2000 EP each from them. Yes, I definitely know the difference between EP and IP and where to look for each.

Hello Hazelwolf,

We show both of your $200 purchases yielded 3000 EP each. In total you purchased 3 x $200 packages, yielding 9k EP + 2 x $100 packages, yielding another 1,250 each. Add those all together, you get 11,500 + some for your settlement package and other methods.

In total this puts you at 11,900 EP.

Can you please help us understand why you feel you didn't get 3000 EP for each purchase?

Thank you, we're here to help!

Hmm, maybe I've misunderstood something. I didn't check the IP until yesterday, and I had an equal amount of IP and EP. However, when I bought the third EP package, I wound up with a thousand more EP than IP. I thus wondered if I was supposed to have another two thousand from my previous purchases. Did I originally have two thousand less EP than IP? And if so, sorry for the confusion!!!

Influence for most people is the amount of USD they spent times 10. EP is unrelated.

Yes, most people have less EP than IP...

for instance my package was $750 for 7500 IP and only around 2000 EP
