So I bought the Bloodline pledge, which gives 100 EP. I then purchased 100 EP from the store, this would put me at 200EP(math). I then continued to buy 400 EP from the store, this would put me at 600EP(math). Now, here comes the potential missing EP. I upgraded my bloodline pledge to a proprietor pledge, and the proprietor pledge gives 500EP. After this I have 1000EP on my account. But, if I’m not missing anything, 600 + 500 = 1100(math).

(It’s not an insane amount, and if there is a reason then alright)

I think you have forgotten to deduct the first 100 EP from the bloodline. You purchased 500 EP + 500 EP for the proprietor pledge equals 1000 EP. The EP in the store pledges is not cumulative from tier to tier. :) Upgrading would have given you an extra 400 EP.

It's correct.

You don't auto gain the extra 100EP from Bloodline. You gained 400EP from upgrading, 100 from bloodline and 400 from what you upgraded from which equals 500EP.

You lost 100EP from removing bloodline but gained 500EP for upgrading.
