Yours is a common issue, Strings--at least so I hear. SbS contracts with a common payment processing vendor. Neither of them are the likely cause of the issue: If you're like 99% of everyone else, then it was your bank.
Banks tend not to trust large payments out of the blue to these sorts of vendors, odds are giving your bank a call will do the trick.
