Shop -> nav part -> name/ip part is flickering

Using latest Firefox(55.0.2),
when I scroll down so the nav bar is going to full page width,
during the animation the name/ip part is flickering
and positioning itself a bit below the nav container part.
See the big red circle in the picture:
https://goo.gl/photos/sS7GQRrCpYEqVRVz5
And a miner one: the small red circle,
you can see the wax sigil vanishing, not fluidly, going from "enlarged" nav to "small" nav.
But for all things mentioned, everything worked fine as of 1-2 weeks ago
and removing ad/script blocker does change nothing.

Testing the same issue with (a) Firefox (54.0.1) and (b) Firefox (55.0.2) I can see the same/similar results.

Name/IP section in shop flickering & displaced when scrolling up and down

Content & Detailed Description

See picture and explaination of Eulenkautz above and my observations at the bottom of this post.

Reproduction Steps
  • Open up (a) Firefox 54.0.1 or (b) 55.0.2
  • Open the hyperlink for the shop
  • Wait for the webpage to be fully loaded
  • Start to scroll down or up and pay attention to the head lines that should show the name and IP information at the upper right hand side corner of the webpage loaded in Firefox
Observations
(a)

Observing the same flickering of the name/ip section.
The wax sigil vanishing for a very short time isn't as apparent to me, but it's difficult to say.

(b)

Same observation but the flickering only occurs when scrolling at the upper ~tenth portion of the webpage. Perhaps this limitation of the visual bug was the same with the older Firefox version.

After discussing with the team, they are aware of the issue but since v3 is right around the corner, it may not get resolved prior to being replaced.

Thank you for your reporting it to us!
