BBC? Are you able to stream under that name as it is trademarked by the BBC in the UK.
as long as our actual name that makes the acronym of BBC isn't British Broadcasting Corporation we are fine
there are a number of other BBC's out there - a quick google will show them for you - here's one in a similar situation:
if our logo doesn't emmulate that of the British Broadcasting Corporation, or we don't try and portray ourselves as the British Broadcasting Corporation, there typically isn't an issue
