I prefer a bow and sword+shield combination. Bow is for hunting mostly.
Parry daggers I think are a must, they basically existed because they were easier and more fashionable to carry around town, so for a game like this your average townfolk might want to carry a parry.
Duel Katana's and a Bow. But that probably isn't realistic. LOL. I see myself more archer than infighter but I want at least some skills with the sword.
Remember to take tribes into account - a 36" arming sword would be like a dagger for a Yoru, or a longsword for a Kypiq. :)
I'll be a Brudvir with a Longsword, a Shield and a Bow, pretty typical, but effective for adventuring. Maybe later i could go for a warhammer, a falcata or a khopesh (assuming this weapons will exist)

more like a short sword for yoru and a two handed greatsword to a kypiq
Personally, I’ll bring a sword and shield combo into combat. I may use a bow for recreation, though.

Bow and longsword
A Telescopic spear and a compound bow.
Hoping Telescopic weapons will be craftable early on in the game.
Give me a decent polesword with the length to use for mounted combat, yet light enough to use on ground in the open fray; with both piercing and slashing options.
Also a good one hand curved scimitar or sabre sword for close melee combat in tight areas.
A reinforced staff, for its utility and versatility. Capable of being used as a weapon or as a tool for travel and carrying things. Also useful for those towns or cities that ban weapons (you know there's going to be one or two of them).
And I'll have a short sword as a backup, and for those times when a blunt weapon isn't enough.
