Help making payment on my layaway

I havent paid some off my layaway for a while now, since the store and packages changed. Just wanna make sure im clicking the right buttons so I dont mess anything up lol

When I click on manage, it brings up "Convert to Credits," "Layaway," and "Purchase for Myself." Pretty clearly not the first, but the latter two Im not sure about.

If you click layaway does it give you a percentage? That might just work for it.

It brings up a rocker bar to scroll from the 10% minimum to full payment. I assume I set what I want to pay there and then hit "Purchase for Myself?"

I do not remember the name of the payment service Soulbound was using in the past but I do recall they had a few problems with the service. Do they still use this payment service?

They use to have layaway as well. I havent heard really of any issues. Layaway helps you to pick out a package, make a minimum payment and allows you to pay for the package you want over time as you can until the specified cut of date (which is currently may)

If youre talking about the kind of payment service they are going through, its still Xsolla.

Yes, Xsolla. Thanks :)

I have also had issues with their payment service. Every time I try to use a credit card is balks and thinks it's a fraudulent charge. I have to wait to get an email from my bank and confirm that it's okay and try again. I've had much better success with the PayPal option (even though PayPal just charges the same credit card).
