I have been trying all day to purchase a pledge package and it lets me get to the final screen just to say "purchase cannot be completed" my other friends that are also trying to buy a package are getting the same thing.

If you're getting this error I'm going to guess that it is something on Xsollas end as they are the ones that process transactions ~~ Contact their support to see whats up at [email protected]

Also you might want to contact your banking institution or credit card company, this happened to me as well, they stopped payments to them because Xsollas supposedly is not verified secure vendor or something like that.

We're not seeing any issues on our end, and Xsolla payments have been processing successfully every day.
