To what degree does crafting skill and/or item quality tie into the destiny system (ie can a legendary quality item crafted by a legendary skilled crafter have a destiny)?

Do Soul mates share the same destiny? If so and if we are able to find our soulmate, would we be able to work towards that goal together and both get credit?
The characters page says "Like a key turning a lock, if everything lines up a story will unfold meant just for you." Could you elaborate on what it means by "a story will unfold" and how said story is put into place from that single event?

Do NPC's have a personal Destiny? does that destiny change if a player sparks into them or does it remain the same if they do have one.
Can you provide more details on the "storyfinding" aspect of the personal destiny system? Snipehunter in the TTC described it as a "GPS System, for getting you where you need to be in the story."
In a player driven world where every NPC can be killed, personnal Destiny might become extremely complex if it is based of PC-to-NPC interactions. How do you plan on having an involving & interesting destiny system if the variable they're based on can constantly change?
Example: Go to a certain city -> It gets pillaged and destroyed; Talk to a certain NPC -> He gets killed; Go to a wild location -> A city gets build on it;
is destiny only based of personal achievements or will there be phased events where your interactions with the world will directly impact it?
In terms of "Destiny," how does moral alignment play into it & will the destiny system try to create heros and villians?
I vaguely remember reading that you can be pushed down a darker or lighter path, and that few people will be right in the middle.
will there be certain people that (at launch) will already have a pre determined destiny to attain powerful artifacts, powers (or something similar)?
can we anticipate on our destiny? a k a, can the 'end' of our destiny be somehow visible so we can steer it in a way we like?
