La contea Felix fa parte del ducato Latium del regno di Arkadia.Organizzata in campo militare la contea sta organizzando la propria legione (legione Felix). La contea oltre a svilupparsi in campo militare si dedicherà anche al campo economico visto la sua posizione sulla costa. La tribù sarà quella dei Janoa.Temuti guerrieri della foresta. La contea avrà le seguenti regole militari:
