Leatherworker/hunter/ranger like a selfsufficient leatherworking business. But if it comes to it I can still use my archery skill to defend myself from enemys

Helping people to build a hidden town that nobody knows is there in the valleys and coasts of the north.
Im going to be and Assasin Adventure, with a dagger/sword and a bow/crossbow + poisoned darts/arrows (Gonna learn alchemy/herbalism)
Or a crafter of leather items and assasin equipment.

I plan on working with a few friends to set up a way house/trade post between at least 2 major towns. All the good trade routes need a safe place to stop and resupply along the road.
I'm planning to be an explorer, maybe try to make enough money to set up a traveller's lodge or way house or two.
I think I'm going to explore the world a little bit but I do plan on going into Husbandry and maybe trying to breed horses or whatever is available(I know, I'm weird). I originally wanted to be a baker but who knows? Perhaps I'll change my mind, we've got over a year to think about it.
I'm thinking of spending my time exploring and making maps - hopefully try to gain the employ of the nobles and establish a renowned cartography institute, employing more cartographers and explorers under that banner - eventually, to become the only trusted source of reliable, genuine maps. If your map doesn't carry the institute's seal of authenticity, then it's not to be trusted.
Yeah, it's kind of creating a monopoly on mapmaking/selling, but it'd be a lot of fun doing it!
Anyway, that's my current dream :p
I had planned on being a Hunter/Tracker specializing in tracking Humans, make a name for myself and hopefully get contracted by a Duke to become a Sheriff or Bounty Hunter, in my old age, I hope to be a husband to a beautiful wife, and have plenty of children for us both to enjoy in our next life, have a small parcel of land, with a farm and a modest house, horses and cows for food. Enjoy the sunsets and sunrises after a long, hard life in the wilderness...~ Did I go to far with that... >.>; Uh... I mean... I'm gonna hunt stuff, and kill stuff, ya!
