Although pretty early in development, many games use Twitch and other similar stream websites to talk directly to the community and explore newly released Dev Journals, answer some questions, show off some stuff they might have.

Maybe that would be a cool idea, announcing it on MMORPG and stuff... I mean, people usually tend to pay more attention to dynamic stuff rather than just reading (once again the old text vs voice-acted questing!). Might even bring more people on the backing side, since it turns a written project into something more "human".

How bout it Caspian, you guys already have something like this up your sleave?

Live streaming would be pretty nice, but not sure if people would enjoy it since CoE won't be playable yet.

Well, if they show some neat stuff, it doesn't need to be :3 The idea is to spread the word of the concept in development i think :P

I hear you guys loud and clear.  We are looking at ad options, including PAX ads, Facebook, Twitter and more.  Quite honestly, though, we want to save as much of our budget for development as possible, so we'll be looking to social media, word of mouth, and interviews/articles as more prevalent for now.

We did get asked to do a Twitch TV interview, and are very enthusiastic about the idea.  At this point, though, we're holding back until we have some really impressive in game fly throughs and demos that we can share.  I'd rather come out strong a bit later than underwhelm by trying to do things early.

we do have one of those really impressive pieces in development right now, though, so it could be coming soon.  You guys will certainly be the first to know.

I think it’s safe to say that we’d all be very very interested in seeing an interview!  Looking forward to it!

Wait so Deamons are in-game then? what about other Daemonic entities?

when you say deamon do you mean demon? and will demons be more rare than the average monster because there more....you get what im saying? and can i assume that one demon will have terrifying powers. that easily surpass the average player. on par with dragons or sea monsters. or will they be basic monsters? like a lizardman(if you have lizard man).....CAN I TAME A DEMON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

it would be awesome but i would prefer if i couldnt do that. i want demons to be intelluctual beasts that can't be controlled maybe instead of taming one you could befriend one....nah they should be evil monsters. maybe for every 500 evils ones there is 1 neutral one? that wont kill you on site. thats assuming other demons kill you on site
