Corrected an IP cost.
Added the values to show how one calculates the IP cost of a given item. Example: Prof. Kit Tier 3 Large 2 Floors (Stone) = 400+200+100+275 400 for the kit, 200 for the cost difference from small wood commercial to large wood commercial, 100 for a stone upgrade, then 275 for a large second floor in stone.
Updated the pledge tier counts in the second sheet.

The standard exchange of IP is 10 IP/$. This has been confirmed.
The increased value of the add-ons are meant as a bonus if you buy them with money. This bonus won't be regularly available after the KS (if you can buy IP directly because they are still deciding what will be the best option)
So for exchanging your merchandise credit for IP you have to go for 10IP/$.

Added the miscellaneous transportation items in a section below the buildings. They are incorporated into the IP grand total calculations.
It has been nice to track the increase in additional pledges as more details have been released on available purchases through IP.

How do you donate cash to the game?
Just waiting for the store to come on line then you will have 1 month to pledge same as the KS. hopefully not too long now. Here is the KS link so you can see the tiers if you haven't already.
So I have one other questions. The more influence points that you get you will be rewarded when the game comes out? Like I noticed the top people with influence points are going to be Kings.
To answer your question Johnno. Those who are going to be king at launch, backed the game at the king level (10k) Which in turn gave them substantially more IP than other backers. But, no, influence in itself generally won't grant you a higher title.
I know you can "turn in" the title tier rewards for more IP to purchase other stuff, and i think i have heard the devs say you can also purchase titles with large amounts of IP.
Hoping they come out with more info on what we can and cant due with IP soon, like what they where doing during the Kickstarter campaign.
