The Order is a private non-profit civic and military servant exclusively serving The Duchy of Atravia. Our goal is to enhance the living conditions and economic capabilities of the citizenry while offering opportunities for players to legally enhance their skills, financial status, and social class in sustainable ways. Our projects, although highly flexible, follow a structured procedure designed around Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, stated to be a behavioral concept coded into the NPC's of Elyria.
The Order is recruiting all citizens up to the noble rank of Count. Should you be a mayor and wish to host our organization, member cities will enjoy the benefits of Order affiliated trade partnerships while citizens will enjoy the benefits of sustained work that encourages settling down.
Looks great. It's a shame most of the interesting projects are on the American servers :(
I just think most of the interesting ones are biding their time so that others don't steal their ideas before the beginning of the game.

Its alright Sanguinesh, don't mind him. Eventually the dev team will implement a response to his karma and remove him from the community.
By the way, its nice to see another group intending to further their community. I like your project.

I just paid off my Mayor tier so the Rook will have a starting settlement that is owned by the Order.

We intend to help out our members and may be able to offer you the ability to take a lower tier package and still get what you want out of the game.
We currently will have 5 rookeries at the start (each one headed by the mayor of their respective towns.)
The Order would like to welcome the LPU. They have merged with the Order and will act as an administrative entity within the order.
Currently, the Order is putting a primary focus on recruitment of caravan drivers, scribes architects, masons, and tinkers, and non-militant blacksmiths. If interested, please DM DrTank09 or join the order's discord.
