Anyone know why the store doesn't allow me to buy anything and when I try the website crashes. Please help fellow gamers.

I was trying to buy the Elyrian Pledge Package and it stopped working before I could use any payment method

A couple of notes that can allow the community to help you.

Browser - IE,Firefox, Chrome, Safari
Do you allow cookies? and Do you block screen pops?
Clear your cache in your browser.
Are you trying from a mobile browser or PC?

Try a different browser first ie Firefox, Chrome etc.

If you do find it's a bug with one browser, post details so we can check it out :)

Ensure that your pop-up blocker is off temporarily. There has been trouble in the past in the handoff from the CoE site to the vendor (Xsolla) site.

Avid wiki editor, with a special interest in categories, navboxes, and infoboxes.

The website was crashing a few times for me yesterday as well, even though I was not trying to make any purchase. Just reading forums. Try again today, website seems to be stable again.
