As ambushes are a integral part of combat strategy, and Chronicles of Elyria is going to the extra mile to make a vast range of human movements for their characters... Will we have the ability to go prone? Obviously not in any meaningful way as far as combat is concerned aside from making yourself a smaller target for bowmen but more for stealth options.

Since there will be no name popups or healthbars above characters we could do things like...

Going prone behind a log while attempting to evade pursuit

Hiding a squad of men behind a short hedge or wall

Hiding archers in an ambush position just over the crest of a hill

Other applications that don't come to mind surely exist.

So, will being able to go prone be a feature?
