I would like to run this past anyone who has any inkling of the answer: (mostly Devs, but maybe someone heard or knows something)

The Carriage for Two is supposed to be able to be gifted to another person. How will this gifting be carried out? When might said gifting start to be available? And at what point will my Passenger be able to get in the carriage?

If someone can link this gentleman Caspians recent answer about gifting that'd be awesome. In short there isent a date set for gifting quite yet. I'm guessing that we'll get an update or an answer in March/April.
