Yes. There will be one EU-Server at release. Doesn't sound much, but keep in mind that each Server supports up to 100.000 Chars (Players / NPCs).

The EU-Server has a very lively - prerelease - Community and even Fansites for non English speakers:

Heraldo de Elyria

Elyria.de - Fan & RP Communty

Chronicles of Elyria - Italia

And we have 4 pledged Kingdoms:

Nirath - The oldest Kingdom on EU

Demalion

Arkadia

Al-Khezam - The newest Kingdom on EU

And one layawayed Kingdom:

Tryggr

Have fun!

Ok but ar 100 000 chars really enough ? 'Cause offline players will be on the server as NPCs ...

With what spacial os (the back end of the game) is supposed to be scaleable. So if there is more than 100k people signing up for EU the game server should be able to handle it.

supposed to just be a matter of adding more servers \cpus to the cluster to handle the increase processing needs.

bear in mind that the game server we play on will be actually hosted on cluster of physical servers. I'm talking about they would just need to add more physical machines to that cluster.
