I assume by buying new package you mean upgrading from the old Count tier ($500) to new Courtier tier ($1,000). If that's the case, than yes you will keep all the benefits from the old Count tier, including $50 store credit. Just keep in mind, you will be not receiving a 2nd County if you upgrade to Courtier tier.

Bear in mind you won't get such benefits twice either though :) You'll likely find your store already lists the $50 credit.
