To put my ten cents in, I am unable to make "big" payments when it comes to layaways. I don't know if it is a bank issue or site issue, but I was only able to fully pay something off by increments of 10%. Damn...there were so many increments of just 10%.
In relation to the paying in large sums, I couldn't either. I tried paying the rest of my $600 on my County via debit card and I couldn't. I had to pay the $600 via PayPal who then takes it from my debit card.
Is it safe to make a layaway purchase at this time?

If you're purchasing a "new" and updated pledge, then yes. If you're paying off an old Kickstarter package, then no. Wait until they release a patch. ZRO said a patch for it would be out tomorrow.

I'm also having this issue. Just tried to pay off my Bloodline package, but it says its unavailable :(

see the comments above - ZRO expects to have a fix out for it soon - hopefully today
it's not even 6am on the west coast yet :)
I have a fix in place for this that will go out later today. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The fix for this has been deployed. Let me know if the problem persists.

ty - given that it's only been a couple of days since it was reported, and on the weekend at that, the response and fix time is impressive, even if it was a relatively easy bug to fix

Hate to say this but i get the error your payment can not be process at this time. Please try again later yesterday and today and i check with my credit card company and they said everything look fine they didn't even see a attempt at payment from xsolla
