The button doesn't appear to be working on mobile, but the popup does appear on PC.
Tested with IE on android and Firefox on Android vs firefox on PC.
On an unrelated note, the "What role willl you play in Elyria's living story" new header image seems to be screwed up on mobile. I get a narrow version above a vertically stetched one. The narrow top version has a blue button on it, and the stretched one below it a black button.
