Thats not what he said though, I think this is one of the bugs that comes with the 10% discount. He should be able to pay off his bloodline for free basically.
To the OP: did you try paying $ 0.00?
Okay, you don't understand. I put 10 down, it let me pay to 90%, meaning, I put another 80%. Now it will not let me do the final 10%.

I did try paying the 0.00. The store won't let you check out with that in your cart.
