The County of Goldenveil
Home to rolling fields of wheat, barley and the sweet scents of honey, The County of Goldenveil is set in the pristine Kingdom of Tylsia. A major hub of agriculture and medicine with a thriving tailor industry, Goldenveil boasts reasonable property values, clean and well-guarded townships and frequent appearances by the Countess and her family. As the owner of the Baker’s Alcove (of which one store features in every town of Goldenveil), Countess Aieyla spends her spare moments helping with the preparation of food, organizing shipping and ensuring that all the taverns are well stocked. Of other note, is the Grand Library of Goldenveil which can be found in the Capital centre, the institute of Food and Consumer Development and The Subsidiary Office which can provide subsidized goods for your crafting needs. The County also features the largest and most prominent Hospital, School of Medicine, and Pharmaceutical College in all of the Realm.
Goldenveil is a county of promise, protection and wealth; an idyllic landscape for raising families under the watchful protection of the Countess, and the Queen above her. As the home of the Lady Magistrate of Tylsia, Goldenveil wraps around the capital city and serves to strengthen and bolster the power of the capital. Large boulevards, shimmering pillars and well groomed hedges spell the essence of Goldenveil and make it a County that succinctly fits in as a secondary capital to Tylsia. You will be promised care and safekeeping, as well as the opportunity for wealth and safekeeping from the evils of the world* (Roleplayers are heavily encouraged and welcome to join the community, and will find that their endeavours and choices in roleplaying will be encouraged and supported by the Countess)
The Grand Facility of Medicine and Pharmacology
The Grand Facility of Medicine and Pharmacology is found in the County capital city of Avanox. Immensely large facilities they are responsible for multiple things in the Kingdom:
- For the safe and productive research of medicine and medical techniques.
- For the creation and establishment of tinctures, cures, medical compounds and antidotes (amongst other things)
- For the instruction of creation of these goods, and the distribution of contracts for fulfillment of crafting writs as needed.
- For the certifying of medical staff, and the distribution of them around the County and greater Kingdom to support medical institutes and facilities everywhere.
Medical staff receive a generous travel allowance when they are required to travel to other areas of the Kingdom, and will be provided with all medicines and details regarding those specific areas.
In addition, the school sells directly to the public and stocks the various Apothecaries around the capital city.
All trainees will have the potential to progress straight into the Grand Hospital, upon successful completion.

Focus & Infrastructure
Goldenveil has a heavy focus on agriculture, with additional focuses on Medicine and Tailoring.
Our agriculture sector will see the heavy production of wheat, fruit and vegetables for distribution throughout the Kingdom. In addition to this however, a generous portion is kept for the County to ensure research into Cooking and Baking can take place, and to make certain that all restaurants, cafes & taverns are well stocked.
Our medicinal sector will play a heavy role in the Kingdom as our surgeons, doctors and other medical staff will be dispatched around the realm as needed. Provided with extensive training, a wealthy compendium of knowledge and the opportunity to work their way up to becoming members of the Kingdom Health Institute, the facility is in place for you to construct your medical career. Doctors and Nurses are also heavily compensated for their travel time, and provided with expense deeds which will enable them to check into accommodation and various other facilities, with the charges being directed straight back to the County, on their behalf.
Our tailor sector will see tailors from all walks of life, who are capable of designing beautiful, durable and often simplistic garments, being showcased across the entire Kingdom. With clothing stores in every town, city and capital your brand could become the most highly demanded brand in all of Tylsia
Available Careers & Roles
Currently the Countess and her family are looking to fill the following roles:
County Councillors
A unique role, County Councillors are responsible for reporting to the Countess on all the various activities that are occurring in the County. They will be required to attend a meeting every month with the Countess to discuss expectations of the County and the growth of facility. They will be compensated for their travel around the County and will likely be stationed to various towns around the County. They will also be provided hospitality when staying in the Capital for their meetings. Councillors will also be expected to contribute back to the community, in a trade of their choice, and likely in the town they are assigned to.
Goldenveil Town Mayors
Assisting the Countess in the governing of the County, the Town Mayors are expected to monitor their respective lands and ensure the lawful abiding of its citizens. Each town will be equipped with a specific set of monthly goals, and it is expected that Town Mayors elect a deputy. Town Mayors will be required in the Capital once a month at a meeting with the Countess to express their concerns, needs and requirements.
Barons of the Duke
Directly reporting to the Queen, Barony in the Count of Goldenveil is required to support the borders and help promote peace and stability.
Tailors & Farmers (Many positions)
These positions are required for all towns within the County. Please enquire with the Countess to find out more information and to discover how you can claim your piece of the Goldenveil County.
In addition, there is a requirement for one individual to be the personal seamstress/tailor/beautician for the Countess. They will be provided with property in the capital and handsomely rewarded with their expenses covered.

Benefits of Becoming a Citizen of Goldenveil
By decree of Queen Katlynna, of the Kingdom of Tylsia, all citizens of the Kingdom are guaranteed safe passage throughout all Counties and on travel to the Capital. Naturally you are expected to be in the embrace of a township by the time the sun has set, and cautioned against travelling to forests or caves alone.
As a citizen of Goldenveil, you can be guaranteed time to address your concerns with the Countess, and the opportunity to speak to her regarding financial matters and business regarding property and legislation. You will also be entitled to a free meal at the Tavern every fortnight during the celebration of Goldenveil – the last rays of light that set deepest every month. During the 2 hours of celebration, the Countess will cover the cost of all food and drink consumed at the Capital Tavern, as well as the safe passage of caravans back to the towns under cover of darkness. Discounts to land, opportunities to change careers, and financial support are also all benefits of joining up to the County of Goldenveil.
Loyal citizens will also be presented with opportunities to move up through the hierarchy, including gaining County support in being elected as Mayor of different towns.
