Hi Lapantino! If you go to your account management screen (top right hand corner of the site, click your username), you'll see a list on the left hand side of account management options. You'll want to click "Alias".

It will prompt you to enter your password, your new alias, and to confirm that new alias. Everyone gets one free name change, but after that, you'll need to purchase a new alias change from the store.

Hope that helps!

What Caelestius said ^^^ but with the addition of....

If you mean can you turn your username from uppercase letters to lowercase letters, then no, if you enter your name as lowercase it will still display as uppercase (for now at least)

Actually, the usernames are changed correctly - you'll see on the "Recent Posts" feed that usernames are properly capitalised. Aliases in-thread are displayed in small caps, which is a typographical style which isn't used much anymore, but if you look closely at "LapatinoPT"'s new alias, you'll see that the L and the PT are slightly larger than the rest of the letters - they're displayed in caps-style, but the capital letters are made slightly larger than the lower-case.
