I don't really understand what you mean by saying that the pictures are the typo? Those are screenshots of what I see in the store.
Even if the amount of Sparks you get were changed at some point, I'd still think that the amount of Sparks you get for a Pledge package should be consistent no matter where in the store you read about that package.
I think Gunghoe meant the tile/box showcasing the package highlights with the shield background. Those sort of things are usually picture links, though in this instance that is not the case I believe.
Whatever the case you are right, whichever source is the outdated one should be updated to maintain consistency and provide the correct current information. Hopefully this is one of a plethora of fixes and changes planned for in the as yet to be released V3 rollout of the website.
