The Order of the Green Lord

Introduction:

We are a religious group who believe in the Green Lord, The mortal that has Ascended by doing Great deeds But The people Dont believe in religion seriously The kings dont believe in Religion The dukes Ignore Religion We intend to be the Revolution of Religious cults If we can By supporting the ones who believe in the Green lord and Slowly draining the power of those who dont

Why should you join

Currently there aren't many reasons to join But if you wanna join the crusade to possibly be the revolution of all Cults feel free to join

Laws:

The order has 3 Fundamental laws that all members must follow.

Freedom

The right to do anything within reason without being harmed or hindered by your fellow members. Nor do we like our members enslaved by Heavy Obligations "High taxes" "mandatory participation"

Prosperity

Striving towards improving the cult's industry and manpower, even at the expense of others.

Belief

The cult are brothers and sisters who follow the verses passed down by the Green Lord and believe it is our duty to share his wisdom and deeds with others.

Location

Our Headquarters are in Gladal County and members in that location will respect their law, but you are free to support and join from any location you wish.

Ranks:

Covenant- These ranks are members who want to directly serve the Green Lord.

KOTHI-A leader of the order who has control over many brothers and sisters.

LYTIR-A Priest of of the order, chosen to spread the tale of the Green Lord.

THUL-A warrior of the order who will guard, fight and raid in the name of the Green Lord

Non-Covenant- These ranks are for members who recognise/worship the Green Lord but do not preach or fight for him.

Green Elder- A non-covenant member of the order who has amounted great respect and has our full trust.

Green Sage- A trusted non-covenant member of the order who has amounted respect but has not received enough to be shown our greatest secret.

Green Brother/Green Sister-A non-covenant member who has been accepted into the order but still has earn respect.

Your probably better off changing the religion a little so that it's more in line with religions that exist in elyria. Player made religions aren't supported by the game so you'll have a hard time making this group function.... since no NPC's will join you and therefore it'll have to be entirely player based. A similar group that is following an elyrian religion will swell your ranks with NPC's

Not saying you have to drop the whole "Green Lord" thing, just adjust your lore a little so that the Green Lord is just another name for a CoE deity.

Sadly We are Devout followers of our lord and savior Even if the Group is entirely player based We shall find a way or Vanish into obscurity

yeah i'm not saying your have to adapt and change that core belief, but you could adapt slightly to use elements of the CoE lore.

For example, Christianity isn't just Christianity, there are many versions of the faith that believe different things, but they all still worship the same God. You could do something similar like following a certain CoE religion, but your belief's differ to the main branch of the religion in that you all believe the Green Lord is the one to follow, instead of Luna or Selene, etc

Thats not really a bad suggestion but the cult is subject to change so i cant really align it with any religions till Its fully finished :/

Yeah your better off waiting until SbS release more info about religions and such anyway.... better to be flexible though, as you'll find it easier to recruit that way in the long run i think
