ok tried to raise a support ticket by sending a email from my gmail account and trys to make a new account wants me to veryfie but takes me to a page failed to load page.

You can safely ignore that mail from jira asking you to verify your account, that is something they're working on disabling. You can assume your request has been received.
On another note, I suggest editing out your mailaddress of your previous post to prevent webcrawlers from picking it up and signing you up for spam ;)
