This should've really had a spoiler tag - but am I the only one who doesn't buy into Terminator Arya?

I think the scene with the soldiers after is there to set up a story line where she regains some of her humanity and becomes less pure Terminator. The books seem to like to make people delve into the darkness before they see the light.

Spoiler Alert

They could of just changed one bedpan, replaying it 15 times was a bit too much. but the beginning and end were awesome...... so many story lines to follow for the first episode. They should make it a 2 hour first episode on all series.

If the thread title isn't enough to indicate a spoiler ahead, you're failing your wisdom checks.

This episode seemed like a slow warm-up.

I too feel they drug out the bedpan scene a little long, and man, the Ed Sheeran cameo was a little cringe—and staring into the fire with the Hound? That dialogue felt so heavy handed.

I'm holding out more interesting events in the following episode.

I'd got a thrill out of Arya getting revenge on the entire Frey clan, despite how nonsensical she managed to pull it off with. With the Boltons and Freys gone(along with technically Greyjoys, since Theon technically betrayed them also), all that's left is the Lannisters.
