I'm wondering If i can upgrade a pledge with out paying the full price of a new pledge? I want to buy the the bloodline pledge right now but i might want to upgrade to the Mayor later on. Will i have to pay the $250 on top of the $125???
You just have to pay the difference between the tiers.
