My name is Tiberius "Volteau" Drake, of the Drake family (quite obvious, I know). I am to be the mayor of a nice little town in Sunset County called Volterra (in the Rhynelands, part of the Vornair Kingdom).
The focus of my town will be to serve as a kind of hub or headquarter for all those people who have artistic proclivities. I myself am a bard, and the muses have blessed me with inspirations that span the Rhynelands and beyond.
