Account doesn't list pledge

Hey, I got the Bloodline pledge from the Kickstarter. However, it doesn't appear that it's linked to my account on this website. I tried to look around the merchandise store, but everything's locked. Is there some way I can fix this?

You should have received an email from SbS about a year ago with instructions. You might have just missed it or it might have gone into the trash folder. If you can't find it you will have to contact support ([email protected]) with your Kickstarter associated email.
