That is mostly correct, Sanguinesh E. The code for the EP store is part of the V3 website. The actual store release comes after the V3 deployment is complete (according to the forum post titled: EP Kits and Item Projection).

I ask because mudh has changed and continues to change regularly - rather than bitch if something I was expecting doesn't happen I just wanted to confirm that it would.
EDIT: ... and the V3 website was about a lot more than just the store
DNS has been updated. Over the next 6-12 hours you should all begin to see the new Home page!
