Recruitment Post:
Introduction:
In the mountains of Loc’Mir sits a walled city, protected by the Brotherhood of the Morningstar who stand vigilant on the walls protecting the city’s tradesmen and residents. The brothers are a group of rangers who specialize in procuring the wildlife for the citizens of the Kingdom of Ashland, while protecting the city’s occupants. They run the Hound’s Tooth Academy, where those seeking to learn the ways of the nomadic rangers can learn all the skills that will allow them to travel the countryside with confidence.
The Brotherhood of the Heavy Hand is a group of artisans who run the Gravel Pitt Academy. Here is the home for those endeavoring to be crafters and learn from the best. Want to swing a hammer? Pull leather? Crochet a doily? Raise turkeys and other livestock? This is the place to go and share in communal knowledge.
Outside of the academies, the city is permeated by the smell of sulfur and sweat. The fires of the forge light the city with a blazing glow of ambers. The echoes of hammer falls are the heartbeat of the city, underscoring the music of the bards and the chatter of people haggling in the marketplace. The crowded residential streets wind their way through the city to the center, where the Villa de Fenris stands. The fair but stern mayor, Logan Morgenstern – brother of Baroness Unaa Morgenstern, stands on its balcony, looking out over his lively and industrious city.
