Thanks, Jodre! All but the goat are candid shots I took during today's sprint review with my cell phone. Sorry the quality is low, but enjoy!

Looking great! I'm looking foward to cultivating those plants in game. :)
The carrot is imho looking too artificial though. The orange variety didn't appear before the late 17th century in real life.
is it odd that the picture I'm most excited about is the potato?
generally I've always seen just the plant portion above ground... rip them up might see a few roots and then magically have potatoes in the inventory... or they skip over the process entirely and you just buy raw goods via NPC...
Nice level of detail to add, the small things ... but important when trying to distance yourself from the other company's.
Apple tree is the one I am liking... I want to create Silvopasture with fruit and nut trees.
Chestnuts please!!!

I like the look of the grasses, corn stalks and flowers. We get to see how they look in aggregate and seeing them at this stage shows us how their growth will affect the look of the landscape.

i like them too, but i do not think it was grass, it looks like grain, probably rice. Most of those pictures are things to eat or cook, carrots, potatoes, rice, corn, "pigs", ox.... seems they are working hard and well of the food chain.

Yes I get that, it is definitely a form of grain but they are a long grass and wild long grasses in game will likely look very similar but without the definitive characteristic of the grain pods.
We likely will see lots of wild long grasses like that in the game until those lands are cultivated.
