Different identitys and death

If you have a character who's real identity is a simple farmer but has another identity that's a legendary hero but no one knows it's just you the humble corn farmer or whatever and you get killed while farming not in a mission dressed as your alter ego, do you suffer spirit loss as a peasant nobody or a legendary character?

Spirit loss is based on the combined fame from all your identities.

Added together or averaged out?

Your death affect both your identities equally, so it's added together.

Source?

Caspian, in a Q&A way back. And he's answered it many times afterwards too. Most recent I could find was this:

Now, I wish someone would ask Caspian the important questions, like what would happen with the murderer if he got caught? I assume, and somewhat amused by, the possibility that this guy was thinking he just randomly killed a peasant, and then get in jail and get owned by this massive spirit loss, hehe. xD

Yeah, that is an even more interesting question.

On the one hand, killing a king in his hidden identity would be a big loophole to avoid the spirit loss for killing the king, on the other hand if you really didn’t know and accidentally killed the king then RIP spark.
