Not sure if this is a thing or what but I cleared cache, etc and it's still happening.

Yes, it could be just you, I am not experiencing this at all.

We're sorry you are experiencing this issue.

More info would be useful to help figure out what is going on.

  1. What browser are you using?
  2. On what type of device?
  3. Does this occur on all browsers?
  4. Have you tried clearing your cache and/or cookies?

Let us know and thanks!

I've had this issue for months now since the initial release of the website to the new format with that splash screen. I assumed it was a bugged feature that will eventually get fixed.

  1. On chrome
  2. On pc
  3. Firefox works fine
  4. Yep, few times too

We aren't able to duplicate this error on our end using the same setup you describe.

There must be some local script or add on that is causing this issue.

We do apologize for any inconvenience.

It's still happening, super annoying. That's the DIv it throws back, which means nothing to me. Perhaps it means something to you?

Hey I am the Front End developer here.

I am unable to find that element ID in our entire site code base.

This looks like an outside influence. What is inside of that div?

Ha. Well, good news! It's as a result of Bitdefender's Traffic Light. Not sure why, but now you have your answer in case it comes up again in the future! Might be something worth sending them an e-mail regarding?

Note: Adding it to white list doesn't help, only disabling TL. Note2: There is nothing in the div... :S

Thanks!
