Akeldama, meaning Field of Blood, is currently unaffiliated but has its eyes on a particular kingdom and duchy. His Lordship, Count Abaddon Drăculesti, has pledged his allegiance to King Arthur Valen of Valyria and will be within the Royal Duchy of Valanor.
The county is focused on the virtues of loyalty, faith, charity, & strength. The Count and Countess wish to assist those who call Akeldama home by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
All are welcome to reside within the county, from Barons and Mayors to all level of gentry and adventurers. All will be provided the opportunity to experience Elyria as they see fit.
The county will focus on a well-trained militia as well as opportunities for those interested in becoming members of the Count's personal army. Those with political aspirations might find a position on the Count's Privy Council enlightening and satisfying.
The Count and Countess believe in providing an experience catered to the player and will work with players to ensure they get the most out of their time in Elyria and Akeldama.
Currently, Neran is the tribe of choice for those within the county borders, however, additional tribes may be imported at player requests. Simply contact Count Abaddon or Countess Andromache to discuss additional tribes.
As stated the Count and Countess promote the ideals of loyalty, faith, charity, & strength.
Loyalty applies to both the citizens of Akeldama and His Lordship and Her Ladyship; both are committed to the success of the county as well as each member of the community and expect the same in return.
As Neran the primary religion will be Vitori. While following a religion will not be required it is the religion of the Neran people. Citizens of Akeldama will be free to practice any religion of their choosing though Vitori will be the primary religion in the capital.
Charity is valued highly within Akeldama. The Count and Countess are committed to providing charitable acts to those who seek assistance or guidance. This may include land for dedicated service as a Knight in the Order of Balaur, the Count's private army or special perks for serving as a member of the Count's Privy Council.
As Akeldama is a county being re-established we are looking for Barons and Mayors who wish to help mold the direction of the county. Tumult is the set as the capital of Akeldama and would be home to those who serve on the Privy Council, as they would be required to meet frequently with the Count and Countess.

The Count's Privy Council will consist of the following positions:

Anyone is free to apply for a position on the council. Additional information about each position can be obtained by speaking with Countess Andromache in the county's discord.
Apart from the Privy Council, the county has additional positions for those who seek to serve His Lordship. Though it is not required to live within Tumult to serve in the following positions, one would wish to live closer to the capital to be available as needed.

The Count believes in providing a strong military presence, as such the following positions are available within the Count's Private Army, as well as the County Militia.

The Count's Private Army is open to those without a title, allowing those of lower station to increase in their peerage.

While Role Play is not required of the citizens, it is encouraged. Countess Andromache has years of experience in role-playing and organizing various RP based events. As the game is geared to be a true RP experience, the Countess encourages those less familiar with RP to give it a try.
