I am not sure if I am the only one this is happening too but just in case I am not, here is the issue I am having. I selected NA-W as the server I am going to be playing, yet the only tavern available for me to purchase is the one in OCE.

There is only 1 available per server, The ones on Angelica and Luna have been sold already, thus are no longer available.

The one on OCE is only available because no one has scooped it up yet, but being on Angelica you couldn't purchase it if you attempted.

They are limited to 1 per server. Luna and Angelica are sold already.

Oh ok, I knew they were limited and server-bound so I acted as though I was going to purchase it and it appeared it was going to let me. Of course, because I don't want it I didn't proceed with the purchase.

The server check occurs at checkout, not before.
